The IC-RX7 is a simple to use consumer-style, wideband handheld receiver that will be available later this year.

    The Icom RX7 has an independent Search Button. The channel mode and channel step are preprogrammed for each frequency range. You can easily search new active channels within a designated frequency range or fixed category with the push of the Search button. The "auto memory write" function automatically stores detected channels in your memory.

    A total of 1650 memories can be classified three different ways:
    By Category (up to 26)
    By Group (up to 100)
    By Memory Name - 16 character (up to 100).
    Six channels may be stored per memory name.
    Additionally, each Category can be labeled with an icon for faster recognition.
